If you are running out of space at home or maybe looking to downsize, our non-heated storage bays might be right for you. Clients experience all of the same amenities as our other offerings without the access to heat. The units span 960 sq. ft. giving the user the capacity to store vehicles, collections, household appliances, and even business items. Each unit is equipped with a 14x14 ft door with electronic opener and key pad entry. Interiors are finished with drywall and concrete floors for easy maintenance and reliability.
